The upper fittings are in great shape with lots of dark patina and no damage or issues.  The handle is chip and crack free with just a little bit of dirt in between the groves of the handle. The cross guard is a typical Eickhorn eagle, and is nicely personalized on the back. The blade bears the stamped Eickhorn tradmark with great cross grain and a needle tip point. There are a few minor marks towards the tip, and light ones in the middle, but nothing to take away from the blade. Scabbard has nice patina with a few minor rough spots below the second scabbard band. This is one unique dagger that is almost mint condition and personalized on the back.
